Product Description Brake booster rebuilding service for the 2002 or 2002Tii (for Left-Hand-Drive models only). 2002 base model boosters are sent out WITHOUT the 90 degree “elbow” fitting. Early 1600 brake servos are also serviceable (also found on RHD cars IN PAIRS), but are much more costly to repair because of the labor involved. How to order: -Place the order online. -Send us your core along with your contact information and order number. Please remove the plastic “elbow” prior to shipment (if applicable) as the are liable to break during shipping or rebuilding. If core received does not have the elbow your booster will not be returned with one. -We will be making an identification mark on your core to ensure that you get the same core you sent in returned to you. If you have any questions about this, please contact us. -We will inspect and rebuild your core booster (we will call if there are any issues) (1.5 week lead time) -We will ship your rebuilt booster to you.   NOTE: If the black plastic tube underneath the rubber bellows is cracked or broken your booster is not serviceable. This part is not replaceable. Make sure this part is protected well when shipping. WARRANTY CLAIMS: If after installing and using your rebuilt brake booster you find a fault with it, we are happy to have our rebuilder take a look at it to find the issue. We will arrange to have it sent back to us (US residents only). However, if there is contamination in the rebuilt booster after install with brake fluid, fuel, or any other liquids the warranty will be void.
